A contact form can be the beginning of a useful conversation, or a point where a customer gives up. The difference often comes down to whether the form asks the right questions, works on a phone and sends the response to someone who can act on it.

QuickForms by Digimaa is a Shopify app for merchants who need more than a basic contact box. It combines a no-code builder with tools for collecting, organizing and routing submissions.

A form builder with room for real workflows

QuickForms supports contact, inquiry, warranty and lead-capture forms. Merchants can start with ready-made templates, then add custom fields and validation. Multi-step layouts can divide longer requests into smaller sections, while popup, modal and slide-out formats give stores different ways to present a form.

Product and variant selectors help connect a request to a specific item. Multiple file and photo attachments can be useful for warranty claims or custom work. Email alerts and routing help submissions reach the right team. Merchants can style forms with custom CSS to match their theme, then use CSV export, webhooks or the open API to move submission data into other workflows.

These options matter when requests differ. A warranty claim, a wholesale inquiry and a general question do not need the same fields or destination. The app lets a merchant shape the form around the job rather than force every request through one generic template.

Why QuickForms may be the right choice

QuickForms is a strong fit for stores that collect structured information before staff can respond. It suits merchants who receive product questions, warranty requests, custom-order details or leads and want those submissions in one dashboard. The no-code setup and included integration options can help a small team start simply and add a more connected workflow later.

The best form is still a focused form. Ask only for details the team will use, explain what happens after submission, and test file uploads and notifications on mobile before publishing.

Support and what merchants can verify

Shopify lists Digimaa as QuickForms’ support provider. The app is newer than the other two and has no public Shopify reviews at the time of writing, so there is not yet a customer-review record to assess its support quality against.

For support excellence, response and implementation matter as much as the support label. Before relying on a form for a business-critical workflow, merchants can ask Digimaa about setup help for theme styling, routing, webhooks and file attachments, and confirm which support channel applies to their plan.

My take

For a store that needs structured customer requests, QuickForms offers a free starting tier and a clear progression to paid form limits. Its combination of form presentation, attachments and integration options makes it worth testing against one real workflow before rolling it out more widely.
